ABOUT CHÉRE ROSALIE
Perfection doesn't just happen. It's planned.
Chère means " dear " in French and Rosalie is the name of our founder's grandmother, who has been and continues to be a powerful influence in her life. Grandma Rosalie always wanted to pursue her passion for the wedding industry but never had the chance. So, it was only fitting that when our founder decided to launch her own company she name it after her. Chère Rosalie designs, plans and coordinates beautiful weddings in her honor.
Whether you have dreamed about your wedding since you were a kid or you’re new to the idea entirely, you want the day to be perfect. That’s where we come in. Chère Rosalie will flawlessly execute each detail you spent months planning or help bring your vision to life by taking the lead on every aspect of your special day. We strive to make sure your wedding is stress-free, seamless, and stunning.

KIM PESTALOZZI
Owner + Planner + Designer
Kim discovered her passion for weddings after having to plan her own wedding in just 7 weeks due to an unexpected family illness. In the midst of the scramble to find a last-minute venue and vendors, get wedding dress alterations, send out invitations and more, she never felt overwhelmed: she felt energized. The day turned out perfectly and Kim knew she wanted to plan more weddings to help other couples make their " I Do " dreams come true.
Kim began coordinating weddings in NYC before launching Chère Rosalie. Prior to planning weddings, she spend a decade working in television news production, winning two Emmy Awards. She's trained to handle high pressure situations with many moving parts and a range of personalities. Not surprisingly, this specific skill set lends itself seamlessly to the wedding planning industry. Kim is the proud mama of her son Bradley, happily married to her husband, Chris, and is obsessed with her beloved dogs, Moxxi and Tango.
