Your wedding home base! This client portal will store all of your wedding details. This client portal will store your budget, venue/vendor contracts, timelines, to-do lists, and more.  


Our team will create a wedding budget encompassing the costs associated with creating your celebration. We'll track your spending along the way ensure you are staying on track.


Now it's time to find your perfect venue! We use our experience and knowledge to find a location that aligns with your desired location, aesthetic and budget. We will set up tours at the ones you like.


After thorough conversations, our team recommends vendors personalized to your specific desired aesthetic and budget. Then we set up a call with those you are most interested in to make sure it's the right fit..


As you choose vendors, we review all contracts so you can feel confident when signing on the dotted line. Our job is to protect you and your interests. We will handle all communication with the vendors as well.


Next, we dive deep into design and create a thorough mood board encompassing color palettes, florals, rentals, details and more. It's important everyone is on the same page with the vision. A site walkthrough is also on the agenda!


Following your engagement session, we work on getting your save-the-dates designed and mailed. From there, as the big day gets closer, we will work hand-in-hand with your stationer to perfect your invitation suite and other printed items.


We will build and monitor your wedding website to keep all pertinent information for your guests up-to-date. We will also keep track of RSVPs and meal choices. In addition, we build your floor plan and assist in creating a seating chart


Our team will create your wedding timeline, which includes every detail needed to make the celebration run smoothly. We account for every minute to ensure you and all of the vendors know exactly when things are supposed to happen.


It's finally wedding day! Our team will be onsite first thing in the morning to get things going. We ensure the beauty teams stay on schedule. photos are happening at the right place with the right people, coordinate with the musicians and officiant during the ceremony, and work hand-in-hand with the venue and caterer so the reception runs efficiently. We also set up every personalized detail that was planned- making sure every item is where it's supposed to be. Most importantly, we are there for you, for anything you or your loved ones need to enjoy every special moment.
